I’ve been making peach salsa and using it not only on tacos n the like but also on top of tofu, chicken, shrimp, or fish over rice (coconut rice is an added yum level).
Peach chutney!
Grill em and finish em off with a bit of honey
Peaches and cream cheese crepes…yogurt or ice cream, peaches and granola parfait…peaches cooked in some butter and brown sugar over French toast, pancakes, waffles, ice cream or in oatmeal…peach tea…peach icecream or milk shakes…smoothies…grilled as a side for grilled meats…with cottage cheese…peach fritters….on cereal…

Crock pot cobbler ?
Peach butter in a crockpot, fried peaches in a skillet with some pork chops or chicken thighs
Peaches and cream. Peel and slice peaches in bowl. Add sugar and heavy cream. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour. You can use regular milk just don’t pour as much over peaches. Good on warm biscuits, or just eat by itself.

Saute peaches with some terriyaki sauce and diced red onion, let them cool, stir them into mayo and chill. Use it to to dress turkey burgers!

2nd layer …Cut up peaches into small piecesA
3rd layer…..small container of cool whip.this
Cover pan…..Let this sit for 2-3 hours.
