Cut pork chops into thin strips and make stir fry. Fry with sesame oil garlic and and soy sauce. Add onion mushroom and zucchini cut into chunks cover and simmer until tender crisp. Serve with rice or ramen noodles.
I stir fry a bag of coleslaw with onions and add ground turkey or beef and low sodium soy sauce. So good. I like the beef better but ground turkey is usually pretty cheap.
