White chicken chili, jalapeno popper pasta, jalapeno cheddar bread, Mexican cornbread, pickle some and can for later, jalapeno pepper jelly/jam

  2. I buy one to two pounds at a time (no garden this summer) and my husband puts them on the grill for me. I eat them with everything, even by themselves. Delish!

Make homemade tortilla chicken soup and have jalapeños as an addition, make soft tacos and use jalepenos

  5. Sante fe chicken/pork. Dust meat with taco/fajita seasoning. Put in greased pan. Top with 1 can corn that has been drained, 1 can black beans rinsed thoroughly, 1 can rotel or 1C salsa, 1 C shredded cheese. Cover and bake 350 x 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 min more. Can add jalapenos.

  7. Pickled red onions with jalapeños. Yum!! My fav on salads but husband will eat them straight out of the jar.

  8. Homemade Mac n cheese, dice some jalapenos and add to it, brings lots of flavor. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese and shredded cheese, wrap with bacon and grill.

  9. Stuffed peppers using jalapenos. Salsa. Stuff with cheese and then wrap twice with bacon. Use them on nachos, in chili, or a pot of beans.

    Armadillo eggs..
Cut enough off the top of jalapeños to remove stem and seeds.
Pipe cream cheese in the center of jalapeños. Cover jalapeños in pork sausage wrap in bacon baste in your favorite BBQ sauce. Bake or grill until the sausage and bacon are cooked through.

You can pickle whatever you don’t use- so yummy.
But I put jalapeños in guacamole, homemade salsa, chili, cornbread or cheddar biscuits, margaritas, omelettes, burgers, nachos…

Slice long way, deseed and throw in freezer bag for winter filling or chop frozen to add to dips. Our fav dip is 2 cream cheese, 1 cup Colby jack, 1 package real bacon bits and chopped jalapeños to taste. Serve with crusty bread or tortilla chips.

Jalapeño popper chicken. Bang chicken out so it’s thin and flat. Mix jalapeños into cream cheese with scallions and cheddar cheese and whatever else you want. Shmear the mixture onto the chicken and roll. Coat with breadcrumbs and bake. So yummy

    Jalapeño popper chicken!!
Take some chicken breasts, season with garlic powder, salt, pepper. Spread cream cheese on top…slice or dice your jalapeños and place on top. Cover with shredded cheese and bake at 375 about 40 min. The last 10 min or so top with bacon (pre cooked and chopped/crumbled) and pop back in the oven.

    It’s soooo good!!!
