to be fair, they have used the right ingredients but they messed up in preparing and cooking it. the cassava leaves shouldn't be chopped in pieces. it should be sliced thinly like it is being grated so that it would be easier to mash and extract the bitter juice from the leaves.and my goodness! the guy narrating the video has a thick and horrible accent. mukha pang malabsa yang ginataan niyo kasi di niyo ihiniwalay yung purong gata sa kakang gata. ang tamang pag-gagata, yung diluted muna or pangalawang piga ng gata ang gagamitn sa pagpapakulo at pagluluto then pag malapit nang maluto saka ibubuhos yung purong gata.
Got to try young cassava top leaves on coconut milk. There is no alternative to tasting the real one!
